When this family purchased their home, they knew as their family grew so would the need for more space. When 922 arrived, the basement of the home was a blank slate, typical of a new-build with block walls and concrete floors. As we collaborated on the project between the owners and our design team, it was important to keep this a space where in-laws could stay when visiting, where friends could visit to watch sporting events, and a place where their four boys could wrestle and invite friends over.
